PHONENUM Localized phone number used by the buyer to submit

the payment request (excludes country code). If the

phone number is activated for Mobile Checkout,

PayPal uses this value to pre-fill the PayPal login

page.

Character length and limit: 9 to 13 single-byte

$1,000 USD in any currency. No currency symbol.

Regardless of currency, decimal separator must be a

period (.), and the optional thousands separator must

be a comma (,).
