7. Click Enter a different address in Shipping information to enter a separate shipping
address.
When you select this option, the Add Contact page displays shipping address fields.
8. Enter text in Memo to track information for your own use.
NOTE: This information does not appear in the invoice.
9. Click Save.
The Address book page opens. Your new contact appears in the list on the left side of the
page and is automatically selected. The contact’s information appears on the right side of
the page.
10.Click Add to Invoice.
The Create a new invoice page opens. It displays the contact’s information from the
Address book.
Editing Address Book Entries
When a recipient’s information changes, you can edit it in your address book. You can access
the Address book to edit entries in the following ways:
1. Click the Address book link in an invoice.
2. Select the Address book page in Invoice Settings.
Editing a Contact
To add or edit contact information, you can access the Address book in Invoice Settings or
from the Create a new invoice page.
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Request Money tab.
3. Open the Address book page.
Field Description
Country Select the shipping address country from the drop down list.
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
Enter up to 2 lines of the contact’s shipping address.
Zip Code Enter the zip or postal code.
City/State Enter the city name for the shipping address in the first field.
Select a state code from the drop down list in the second field.
